Exceedant has been organized into complementary business lines or “brands” that feature executive sponsorship and dedicated teams of professionals, supported by the Firm’s general resource network in acquisitions, asset management, finance, investor relations, accounting, tax and legal.
Exceedant Capital considers opportunistic real estate investing to be defined by minimizing downside risk and maximizing upside. In executing this strategy, the Firm’s seasoned team pursues investment and asset management opportunities across all real estate asset classes and positions in the capital stack that offer compelling risk/return propositions. The Firm is continuing to service and build platform strategies in asset classes such as residential land, distressed retail malls, distressed office buildings, and select-service hotels for adaptive reuse and enhancement of equity positions. Exceedant Capital is currently seeking to raise funds for various distressed assets where we have identified opportunistic value.
