Randy Airst is a Co-Founder and CEO at Exceedant Capital (Operating as Exceedant LLC).

Co-founded over a decade ago, based in the New York and Florida regions of the USA, Exceedant Capital is a management consulting and alternative investment firm serving institutional partners and clients in through its North American and global alliance network. Exceedant Capital deploys an opportunistic, value-driven strategy designed to capture mispriced North American and global assets while safeguarding institutional capital. 

Prior to co-founding Exceedant, Mr. Airst served as an executive and principal across several investment management firms, including American Land Recycling Corp., Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), as well as various enterprise companies and consulting firms, including Airst Stann. He was appointed by the Governor’s Office of Pennsylvania as General Counsel of the Philadelphia Housing Authority, (PHA), one of the largest public agencies in the United States, overseeing development, management, leasing, and legal strategy for more than 7,000 properties as well as agency compliance.

Mr. Airst is a licensed attorney, and holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, Chicago, IL; LL.M.in Environmental Law & Regulation from Pace University, NY. Securities and M&A studies at Georgetown Law Center, D.C.

He is a published author, quoted by the New York Times and other respected media. Former faculty member and speaker at NYU, Johns Hopkins University and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He has also contributed to the ASTM Phase I Site Assessment Standard for institutional partners and clients for environmental stewardship.

Mr. Airst is happily married to his long‑time business partner and wife, co-founder of Exceedant Capital and other entities – Mrs. Susan Stann Airst J.D, who he met in the law library over 35 years ago. They are the parents of two adult children and now recent grandparents.
