1. Legal & Regulatory Analysts

• Location: 100% Online / Remote

• Core Focus: Conduct deep-dive analysis of complex federal court dockets, FTC/DOJ antitrust actions, SEC filings, and credit agreements.

• Key Responsibilities: Author/Co-Author high-conviction written reports, build probability-weighted outcome models, and lead/co-lead 1-hour, 2-hour, or 3-hour online phone or Zoom briefing sessions and presentations for institutional clients.

2. Senior IT & Platform Engineers (Client Portals & Payments)

• Location: 100% Online / Remote

• Core Focus: Develop, manage, and scale our secure online client platform housing our four core intelligence modules.

• Key Responsibilities: Architect client access portals, integrate automated online payment processing (Stripe/subscription management), implement watermarked report delivery vaults, and maintain seamless scheduling integrations for client briefings.

3. Institutional Sales Professionals

• Location: 100% Online / Remote

• Core Focus: Drive client acquisition across hedge funds, private equity firms, investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, venture capital firms, debt/equity desks, and litigation funders worldwide.

• Key Responsibilities: Conduct online platform walkthroughs, present sample intelligence packages, close high-ACV enterprise subscriptions, and manage recurring client renewals.

4. Financial & Legal Marketing Specialists

• Location: 100% Online / Remote

• Core Focus: Spearhead institutional brand positioning, digital campaigns, content marketing, and inbound lead generation for Exceedant’s products and briefing services.

• Key Responsibilities: Develop targeted marketing collateral for our four product modules, optimize online client acquisition funnels, manage social presence, and promote executive webinars and report releases.

If this 2nd stage of the Application Process is acceptable for our prequalification process, you may be asked to participate in one or more online Zoom Interviews. And, if accepted, you will be expected to sign and notarize an Agreement.
